Presently the largest cow and bull slaughterer in Canada, LEVINOFF MEAT
PRODUCTS LTD. produces sub-primal cuts to customer specifications and is
also a major producer of boneless beef. Comprehensive HACCP programs are
an integral part of operations at both facilities (located in St. Cyrille and
Montreal).
To ensure high standards
of food safety, all of the water is sterilized and steam-pasteurization cabinet
have been installed at the slaughter facility. |
