A privately-owned company, UNI-VIANDE INC. operates two specialized
facilities servicing both domestic and export markets.
One is a Canadian boxed
beef plant specializing in primal and sub-primal Canada Grade AAA/AA/A cuts. The
second facility focuses on value-added portion-controlled beef products.
Both facilities are
marketing Uni-Viandes' own branded products as well as their customers' own
