The SASKATCHEWAN MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, is a provincial government department. The
mandate of the Livestock Development Branch is to encourage growth in the
livestock industry via two key Branch strategies:

Creating a business climate that fosters
growth and development of livestock in the province;

Providing specialized expertise to assist
producers, investors and communities in setting up livestock operations in the
province.
The Livestock Development Branch offers
five lines of business:
